1. Introduction
Welcome to GNetworkClub! By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
2. User Accounts
2.1. Registration: To access certain features of the Site, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete.
2.2. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Vendor Accounts
3.1. Vendor Registration: Vendors can create accounts to list and sell products on the Site. Vendors agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about their products and to update such information as necessary.
3.2. Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Vendors agree to honor all sales and not to engage in any fraudulent or misleading activities. If multiple members complain about your product/service, we will review and Vendor privileges may be revoked.
4. Product Orders
4.1. Ordering Products: Members can order products listed by vendors on the Site. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the product and any applicable shipping and handling charges.
4.2. Order Fulfillment: Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely and professional manner. GNetworkClub is not responsible for the fulfillment of orders or the quality of the products provided by vendors.
5. Transactions
5.1. Platform Transactions: Any time a transaction occurs on the platform it is subject to a 10% fee. The 10% fee includes merchant processing, state taxation, and rewarding the asset owner 5% of the 10% collected.
6. Brand Events
6.1. Event Participation: Members can attend brand events organized through the Site. By registering for an event, you agree to comply with any event-specific terms and conditions. Brand Events are organized by select Brands and have full operating discretion to be ran as they see fit.
6.2. Event Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner at all events. GNetworkClub reserves the right to remove any participant from an event for inappropriate behavior. We do not condone drug use or consumption of drugs at any event. If found to break this rule, we may revoke your membership. Fighting is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban from the club. If a member conducts themselves inappropriately, we will review per case, and may result in suspension or a full ban from the club.
7. Affiliate Program
7.1. Becoming an Affiliate: All Members will be given affiliate privileges on the platform. Affiliates will earn commissions on sales generated through their referral links also known as assets. Members can apply to become affiliates and earn commissions on sales generated through their referral links. Affiliates must comply with the terms of the affiliate program as provided by GNetworkClub.
7.2. Assets: Any member that is currently not a member of the platform and brought onto the platform via your link will be credited to you as your Asset. This Asset will be displayed on your profile and anytime they spend money on the site you will receive 5% of their spending into your designated wallet.
7.3. Commission Payments: Commissions will be paid to affiliates according to the terms of the affiliate program. GNetworkClub reserves the right to withhold or adjust commission payments in cases of fraud or abuse.
8. General Provisions
8.1. Termination: GNetworkClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site and Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
8.2. Modifications: GNetworkClub may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site and Services following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
8.3. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNetworkClub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site or Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site or Services.
8.4. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GNetworkClub operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
